Zoe meets Uncle Beazley

Zoe dropped in on Mei Xiang and the other animals at the National Zoo yesterday and posed for a few pictures.

Her daddy was stunned to find that Uncle Beazley had taken up residence at the zoo. Wasn't he hanging out by the Mayflower Hotel back in the early 1970s?

I thought I took some pictures of Zoe with the triceratops but if I did, I haven't located them yet on my camera. No matter---that should give me time to find and scan some pictures of Daddy with the ol' dinosaur. (Or does Aunt Leslie have those pics?)









Aunt Leslie came through with two photos of Uncle Beazley from 1972. The ol' fella hasn't aged too badly!

A nice spring day in Hoboken

If you look closely, you can see a scrape under Zoe's nose. She got it yesterday when she fell on the sidewalk.
